Refunds will not be provided for any services rendered, this includes deposit.

c an i bring someone to my appointment?

This is an intimate setting therefore no extra guests - this includes kids + pets.

what if i no show?

In the event you do not show up to your appointment with no communication, your card is subject to a 50% charge and/or banned from booking any further appointments.

what if i’m running late to my appointment?

Please inform me if you will be running late. You are allowed a 10 minute grace period. If you arrive after the grace period, you will have to reschedule.
